These volumes feature crisp debossing and gold foil, as befits a luxury product such as this. The two volumes are presented in a dress-style ‘cigar’ box.

The 2nd Edition of the book incorporates updates through 2023. The dress box for the 2nd edition is a vivid red and blue, and the linen cover a salmon tone.
